Prince Service: Official After-Sales Service Representative of Iranian Progester Electrical Trading
Prince always respects the rights of consumers and is committed to providing services in accordance with the Consumer Protection Organization’s regulations when needed.
To use the after-sales service, consumers can visit one of the authorized Princely Service dealerships in their city.
All electrical products of Iranian Progester Trading have a 24-month warranty. Sellers are required to affix the warranty label to the product box after testing and deliver it to the customer in a complete and undamaged condition with the store’s stamp and purchase date.
- Warranty Terms and Conditions at Princely Service:
- Warranty Label: Presenting the warranty label (on the product box) is mandatory for warranty coverage.
- Tampered Warranties: Tampered warranties without a store stamp and purchase date will not be honored. (A valid purchase date is clear, legible, not tampered with, consistent with the device’s manufacturing date, and consistent with the device’s appearance and usage level.)
- Safe Delivery: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the device is delivered in a safe and complete condition at the time of purchase.
- Product Information Discrepancies: The company is not responsible for any discrepancies between the device’s capabilities and the seller’s description, or for missing parts or accessories.
- Service or Replacement: Service or replacement of parts will be based on the diagnosis of the company’s technical experts.
- Exclusions from Warranty:
- Consumable Parts: Breakage, damage caused by the environment or transportation, power fluctuations, and misuse of the device.
- Improper Use: Using the device for purposes other than its intended use or exceeding its capacity.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or handling of the device by unauthorized persons or centers.
